Tony and Deonna Barfield, franchise owners, have a passion to help seniors age gracefully and safely at home. Tony lost his mother to Dementia in 2021 and has experienced the intense stress this terrible disease imposes on individuals and their families.
Tony is a retired Air Force veteran and has earned a doctorate degree in Business Leadership and Management. Deonna has been in business operations and home care management for more than 30 years. Together, their vision for Home Instead, Hinesville, is to be the pre-eminent leader in the home care industry as well as the home care employer of choice in the communities we serve.
Amanda joined our Home Instead team as a Care Professional in 2024, her professionalism and dedication to our clients quickly led her into the Key Player role as the Service Care Coordinator. Amanda holds her PCA and Medical Assistant diploma with honors. She is family oriented and is always on the go with her children enjoying everything Georgia has to offer!
