Lead Care Professional- Zone 1 (Hinesville)

Lead Care Professional position for North Hinesville and surrounding area.
A Lead Care Pro is a highly skilled, high-performing Care Pro whose job is to:
? support the first visits on a new client case
? stabilize care when a case is complex or high-risk
? step in when the ideal long-term Care Pro is not immediately available
? model best practices for other Care Pros
? support a warm handoff to the long-term caregiver
? provide early feedback that helps the office improve care quality and caregiver fit
? participate in supervisory visits and quality assurance activities
? provide hands-on training to care pros

Requirements:
- Must be a current Care Professional.
- Must be past the 90-day Probation Period.
- Good Communication skills.
