Since joining Home Instead in 2018, I have had the opportunity to work alongside families, caregivers, community partners, and senior care professionals who share a commitment to helping older adults live with dignity and dependable support.
My work is centered on relationships. Families need to feel heard. Caregivers need guidance and encouragement. Community partners need responsive people they can trust. When those relationships are strong, older adults are more likely to receive support that feels personal, consistent, and respectful.
As Chief Operating Officer, I help guide our teams while keeping the needs of families and caregivers at the center of our work.

My Approach to Care and Community
I believe people remember how supported they felt.
That applies to an older adult receiving care, a family asking difficult questions, or a caregiver beginning a new role. Clear communication, warmth, follow-through, and respect can make an uncertain situation feel more manageable.
Good senior care is not one-size-fits-all. It should reflect the individual’s personality, routines, preferences, and needs. It should also give families confidence that the people involved are paying attention and communicating thoughtfully.
Supporting Families and Caregivers
Families often reach out because they know something needs to change, but they may not know exactly what kind of help to request. I aim to make those early conversations feel approachable and practical.
Caregivers also need support. The strongest Care Pros are not simply completing tasks. They are building trust, noticing changes, adapting to the moment, and helping older adults maintain choice and independence.
