Meet Our Team

Dave came to Home Instead after a career in multiple service industries that had him and his family relocate to various locations in the country. He always desired to settle in Florida because of the beautiful beaches and warm weather. A ten year veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserve, Dave comes from a family full of military service. Both of his parents as well as both brothers and uncle proudly served this great country.
    Dave and his wife April now live in Dade City, along with his 91 year-old mother who he cares for.  He has six children and seven grandchildren that live from the east coast to west coast. He is very active in his church and loves to travel and spend time with his grandchildren. Dave has a love for baseball and enjoys the relaxing environment of the game.
     Home Instead has been instrumental in allowing Dave and his wife to care for his mother. Serving and caring for others has always been a part of his life from the great example of his mother.

Chris joined Home Instead with a strong career in service-related leadership roles. He has led various teams tied to the health care industry in both customer-facing and back-office support teams. He truly enjoys building teams and processes that result in better employee and customer experience. Chris has a servant heart and loves to involve himself in hobbies and careers where he can make a marked difference in the lives of those he gets to interact with.

Chris moved to Florida with his wife, and 2 of his 8 children, who are all delighted to experience the area and the many activities in the area (especially the beaches). From both he and his wife having lived abroad for a time, they enjoy experiencing new cultures and love how rich the area is with people from all over the world. They are all excited for the adventures that await them in this new chapter of their lives and the part that Home Instead, their clients, and staff play in those adventures.

Gina joined Home Instead in October of 2024. She comes with over 24 years of marketing and operations experience in Home Health and Home Care, ALFs, Hospital, and Skilled Rehabilitation. She began in skilled nursing facilities as a Business Development Manager which is where she further developed her passion. She then became the VP of Sales and Marketing securing an array of experience from strategic marketing and hands-on sales training to help assist and coach sales professionals to occupancy success. She approaches
the sales process with compassion and empathy, knowing that building a trusting relationship is key.

Gina moved to Florida in 2019 where she spends weekends at the beach and hiking with her husband and 10-year-old son. Both she and her family love the outdoors and making memories to last a lifetime. She is a den mother with the Boy Scouts where she and her family enjoy hiking, camping out, and helping others all over the Tampa Bay area.

Theresa is originally from Brooklyn, New York and relocated to our local area of Tampa in 2001. Her passion started with mentoring youth in the foster care system here in Florida for seven years. Opening a new chapter began with Home Instead East Pasco in 2014, a new passion for helping others find excellent quality care for their loved ones. One of my personal values and highest priorities is to service the community through non-profit organization and building trust with our families we help along their journeys and chapters.

Erica joined the Home Instead team in 2023. Erica initially joined the team as a caregiver, and it was then she knew she had a passion to improve the lives of the senior community.

Meghan joined Home Instead in 2021. She had previously worked in Human Resources in other healthcare settings for 4 years. Growing up here in Zephyrhills, she has seen the need of loved ones and older adults in her community to age in place with the best care - regardless of health conditions. Away from Home Instead she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, mother, and friends.

Jessica was born and raised in Florida. She and her husband Luis have three beautiful children. Jessica loves to spend time with her family. When not working or at home with her family, she is highly active, serving in her church, hiking, soccer and loves to travel. She and her family can often be found enjoying the beautiful Florida beaches. Powered and lead by Jesus Christ, she has found her mission in life by serving the elderly in the Pasco County area.

Charlie joined the team at Home Instead as a Care Professional in 2017. She was born and raised in Tampa, is married, and has two children who absolutely mean the world to her. Caregiving means a lot to Charlie as she loves taking care of people. Caregiving was a part of her life for many years before becoming a Key Player full time in June 2021. Charlie cares a great deal about our clients' needs from the office now as a scheduler and CPR Instructor. Charlie has years of experience taking care of elders along with a bubbly personality that shines brightly! She excels at nurturing a great bond between Care Professionals and our clients and family members. Naturally caring spiritual person, this is Charlie!

Sandra was born and raised in Florida. She is a kind, caring and loving person. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family. She enjoys going to the beach and discovering new restaurants. The gym is her motivation. She has 6 years of experience in management. Helping others is something that brings Sandra joy. At Sandra’s previous job seniors in the community often stopped to say hello to Sandra, it is clear the seniors enjoyed speaking and appreciated Sandra’s help. Now working with Home Instead it is an honor to Sandra as she helps the community by ensuring daily schedules for their loved ones are met.

Kia’zsa was born and raised in Lockport, New York. Kia’zsa joined Home Instead as a scheduling coordinator April 2024, as she resides here now in Florida with her family. Kia worked with children and adults since she was fifteen years old. Kia was a care provider and now a key player in the office. Home health care is remarkably familiar to Kia’zsa and now she shares her love of helping those in need in the community.
