Cloud Soriano, Scheduling Coordinator
Cloud serves as a Scheduling Coordinator at Home Instead. In this role, she supports both clients and Care Professionals by ensuring quality care, clear communication, and compassionate service. Cloud helps coordinate care plans tailored to each client’s individual needs while assisting caregivers with the tools and guidance they need to provide safe, reliable, and heartfelt support. Her goal is to create a positive experience for both families and Care Pros—promoting comfort, dignity, and peace of mind every step of the way.

Sandra Garcia, Scheduling Coordinator
Sandra was born and raised in Florida. She is a kind, caring and loving person. Her favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family. She enjoys going to the beach and discovering new restaurants. The gym is her motivation. She has 6 years of experience in management. Helping others is something that brings Sandra joy. At Sandra’s previous job seniors in the community often stopped to say hello to Sandra, it is clear the seniors enjoyed speaking and appreciated Sandra’s help. Now working with Home Instead it is an honor to Sandra as she helps the community by ensuring daily schedules for their loved ones are met.

Lynn Santillan, Scheduling Coordinator
Lynn serves as a Scheduling Coordinator at Home Instead, supporting both clients and care professionals by managing schedules and coordinating shifts. She handles call-outs, schedule adjustments, and special requests to ensure clients receive consistent, reliable care while care professionals feel supported every day.
With several years of management experience in the customer service field, Lynn has developed strong adaptability and problem-solving skills that allow her to deliver exceptional service. With the support of her on-site team and GM, operations run smoothly, and she continues to learn and grow. Lynn looks forward to further expanding her knowledge and contributing to the ongoing success of Home Instead.

Kris Grace, Scheduling Coordinator
Kris serves as a Scheduling Coordinator at Home Instead, where she supports both clients and care professionals by managing schedules and coordinating shifts. She takes care to match each client with the right Care Pro, ensuring personalities and needs align for the best experience. In addition, Kris handles call-outs, schedule adjustments, and special requests to provide consistent, reliable care while making sure care professionals feel supported every day.

Gem Castro - Scheduling Coordinator
Gem serves as a Scheduling Coordinator at Home Instead. In this role, she supports both clients and Care Professionals by managing schedules and coordinating shifts to ensure consistent, efficient care. She carefully matches each client with the right Care Pro, aligning personalities and needs for the best experience. In addition, Gem handles call-outs, schedule adjustments, and special requests, ensuring clients receive reliable care while Care Pros feel supported every day.
Outside of work, Gem is a proud fur mom to four tail-wagging pups and a passionate traveler who has already explored six countries—with many more on her list. Whether discovering new places, binge-watching Netflix, or going on jogs with her family (and the four-legged squad!), she loves making the most of life’s little adventures.

Hortense "Nava" Navales - Care Solutions Team
Nava serves as part of our Care Solutions Team at Home Instead, where she is dedicated to helping families arrange in-home care services tailored to their loved ones’ needs. She works closely with clients and their families to understand their unique situations, ensuring they receive compassionate and professional care. From scheduling consultations to answering questions and coordinating services, Nava is committed to providing a smooth and seamless experience every step of the way.

Lorelie Orat - Care Solutions Team
Lori began her journey with Home Instead in October 2024 as a Scheduler before transitioning into her current role as a Client Coordinator with the Care Solutions Team. While completing her bachelor’s degree in nursing, she also cared for her grandmother—an experience that deepened her passion for quality senior care.
In her role, Lori guides families through care options with compassion and clarity, builds lasting relationships, and ensures each family feels supported from the very first conversation. With professionalism and empathy, she is dedicated to connecting seniors with the personalized care they need to continue thriving at home.

Ester Marcos, Care Solutions Team
Ester serves as part of our Care Solutions Team at Home Instead, where she is dedicated to helping families arrange in-home care services tailored to their loved ones’ needs. She works closely with clients and their families to understand their unique situations, ensuring they receive compassionate and professional care. From scheduling appointments to answering questions and coordinating services, Ester is committed to providing a smooth and seamless experience every step of the way.

Gee Fuentes, Service Manager
Gee serves as Service Manager at Home Instead, where she works closely with our virtual schedulers to ensure clients are paired with Care Pros who best meet their needs, providing comfort and peace of mind. She supervises and supports the scheduling team in staying organized and on track, helping us consistently deliver reliable, high-quality service. Gee’s goal is to create a smooth and positive experience for both clients and caregivers every step of the way.

Erica Ruedeman, Client Care Coordinator & CPR Instructor
Erica joined the Home Instead team in 2023. Erica initially joined the team as a caregiver, and it was then she knew she had a passion to improve the lives of the senior community.

Tanya Geigel, Client Care Coordinator
Tanya Geigel serves as a Client Care Coordinator for East Pasco Home Instead, where she manages our VA contracted clients and ensures each one receives compassionate, personalized care tailored to their individual needs. Known for her organization, dependability, and attention to detail, Tanya plays a vital role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting both clients and her team.
With strong communication skills, Tanya builds positive relationships that help clients feel valued, supported, and confident in the care they receive. She is committed to continuous learning and professional growth, always striving to enhance her impact and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Llanivi Ortega, Client Care Coordinator
Llanivi serves as a Client Care Coordinator at Home Instead. A bilingual (English/Spanish) professional with over 25 years of experience in staffing, business development, and healthcare services, she is also a 701B Certified Case Manager. She is committed to supporting families as they navigate the process of arranging in-home care services tailored to their loved ones’ unique needs. Llanivi is recognized for connecting people with opportunities, supporting diverse communities, and managing third-party contracts that allow us to serve clients with additional care needs—all with professionalism and compassion.

Aylin Reyo, Recruitment Coordinator & CPR Instructor
My journey with Home Instead began in 2020 at the Brandon office, where I spent three years as a Care Professional providing compassionate support to clients. I later transitioned into the office as a Service Coordinator, ensuring the needs of both clients and Care Professionals were met with care and efficiency.
Today, I’m proud to serve as a Recruiting Coordinator and CPR Instructor at the Zephyrhills office. In this role, I’m dedicated to supporting Care Professionals in their growth and equipping them with the skills and resources they need to provide the highest quality care possible.
Born and raised in Florida, I enjoy spending time with my family and partner—whether it’s relaxing at the beach, attending soccer games and concerts, or exploring new restaurants. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and staying positive in pursuit of a better tomorrow.

Jennifer LaMaire, RN
Jennifer joined Home Instead in December 2022 and serves as a Registered Nurse, reviewing care plans and quality visits while recommending the appropriate level of caregiver support for each client. With over 20 years in the medical field, including 16 as a Registered Nurse, her experience spans critical care, hospice, and palliative care. Passionate about patient advocacy, Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of quality care. Outside of work, she enjoys life on her small farm in Dade City with her husband, twin boys, and their many animals.

Theresa Tenryk, Manager
Theresa is originally from Brooklyn, New York and relocated to our local area of Tampa in 2001. Her passion started with mentoring youth in the foster care system here in Florida for seven years. Opening a new chapter began with Home Instead East Pasco in 2014, a new passion for helping others find excellent quality care for their loved ones. One of my personal values and highest priorities is to service the community through non-profit organization and building trust with our families we help along their journeys and chapters.

Gina Walker, Regional Director of Operations
Gina joined Home Instead in October of 2024. She comes with over 24 years of marketing and operations experience in Home Health and Home Care, ALFs, Hospital, and Skilled Rehabilitation. She began in skilled nursing facilities as a Business Development Manager which is where she further developed her passion. She then became the VP of Sales and Marketing securing an array of experience from strategic marketing and hands-on sales training to help assist and coach sales professionals to occupancy success. She approaches
the sales process with compassion and empathy, knowing that building a trusting relationship is key.
Gina moved to Florida in 2019 where she spends weekends at the beach and hiking with her husband and 10-year-old son. Both she and her family love the outdoors and making memories to last a lifetime. She is a den mother with the Boy Scouts where she and her family enjoy hiking, camping out, and helping others all over the Tampa Bay area.

Dave Heinze, President and Owner
Dave and his wife April now live in Dade City, along with his 91 year-old mother who he cares for. He has six children and seven grandchildren that live from the east coast to west coast. He is very active in his church and loves to travel and spend time with his grandchildren. Dave has a love for baseball and enjoys the relaxing environment of the game.
Home Instead has been instrumental in allowing Dave and his wife to care for his mother. Serving and caring for others has always been a part of his life from the great example of his mother.
