For seniors, a familiar melody can spark memories and create a sense of connection. At Home Instead, we’re always on the hunt for those special community moments that bring people together, and we’ve found a holiday event that is sure to be the highlight of your December!
On Friday, December 12th, from 1 to 3pm, at St. Mary, Star of the Sea Church, 4280 Gulf of Mexico Drive, the community is invited to step back into the golden era of music with a 1950s Big Band–style Christmas concert. While the concert is free, guests are encouraged to bring a new, unwrapped toy to the church. These gifts will be collected to donate to children in need within the Diocese.
As Home Instead strives to provide the best home care in Longboat Key, FL, we will continue to highlight events like this that bring the joy of the season to everyone in our community. So, put on your favorite holiday sweater and head over to St. Mary, Star of the Sea, to kick off the season right!
