I used this team for over 5 years to assist my mother in her home as she battled Alzheimers disease. Mary is absolutely the best in her willingness to work with us and her team is excellent and always kept me up to date with care needs as I was managing care from out of state. The team went above and beyond on numerous occasions to assist during hurricanes, many last minute schedule changes and eventually the tough transition to memory care. Thank you to Mary and all the team at Home Instead!

The staff are very professional and knowledgeable on all things home health. The care itself is thorough and I really feel as though the care professionals love what they do and do it with their whole heart. Mary and the staff are very thorough in providing in detail information about services and care and really want to provide the best care possible. My mother’s caretaker, Chris, is excellent. She treats my mother as if she was her own mother. All the caretakers that fill in when Chris is unavailable are also very good! My mother is very happy with the care she receives and also the housework, laundry, etc, is outstanding. This is a great company. We had this company in Indiana and they were also very good. We wouldn’t have any other company but this one!
My mom was in the area on vacation with our family. Despite this being very short term, my mom’s caregivers were attentive, compassionate and above all good listeners! They both arrived timely, if not early, and went out of their way to be accommodating. What a pleasure for all of us!

I have caregivers 5 days/week. They help with dressing and bathing. They also transport me to doctor's appointments and physical therapy. Occasionally, Iwill needa caregiver over the weekend. They have always been able to accommodate my schedule changes.
Home Instead assisted a family member during the early stages of dementia for over 2 years before she was placed in a memory care unit. She loved the visits with her caregiver who would take her on outings, assist her with shopping, and simply spend time visiting with her. When we moved her into memory care, her caregiver spent the entire day with us assisting with the move and reassuring her during the process. One time she had an issue with a caregiver and Home Instead immediately responded and arranged for a different caregiver to provide assistance in the future. We could not have made it through this time period without the caregivers from Home Instead. Thank you to all the amazing caregivers at Home Instead. I highly recommend Home Instead.
I have only had Home Instead twice. So far so good.. I had a trip to the doctors office on first one. I needed assistance with wheelchair. It was a pleasant experience and at this point I highly recommend them.
We used David's Staff at Home Instead. the were professional, caring, friendly, and very helpful. My mother was very fussy about who she would let help her and she was comfortable with the staff who helped us. They were their the last 2 weeks for Mom and get 5+ stars. always on time, kept us informed of schedule and saved me from exhaustion as I was able to get away when they were there to get rest. I would and have recommend them to anyone who need there services
My husband gets in-home-care from Home Instead. They like what they’re doing, they want to help and they’re very good. We had several different ladies come but they’re all very good. They’re wonderful caregivers. They provide anything he needs. They make him breakfast, lunch, they take him for walks and they do his wash. They do everything.
