Jon King serves Home Instead as the General Manager. Jon's heart for seniors is undeniable as he oversees daily operations and assists new clients in setting up their care. As a retired pastor of 30 years and personal trainer, Jon understands what it means to care for someone body, mind and soul. "We are never more like the LORD, than when we love and serve others". Jacqueline Emerson serves Home Instead as our Executive Administrative Assistant & Safety Liaison. Jacqueline assists clients with their invoices, insurance, emergency management planning & documentation specific to client's receiving uninterrupted care while using Home Instead. Jacqueline also oversees caregiver payroll and is always happy to answer a question throughout her day for clients and caregivers alike. "I love helping people be able to stay at home and be comfortable without worry". 

Tammy is a dedicated in-office recruiter who brings approachability, reliability, and a strong work ethic to her role. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with both candidates and colleagues, ensuring every interaction is positive, professional, and supportive. Tammy is deeply involved in the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding, helping guide candidates every step of the way. Known for her positive attitude, Tammy strives to create a welcoming and encouraging experience for everyone she works with. She is passionate about connecting the right people with the right opportunities and plays an important role in strengthening the team and supporting quality care.

Caleb King, serves Home Instead in the capacity of Staffing Manager. Caleb is an energetic, insightful team member who enjoys creating connections with our clients to their caregivers and encouraging both so as to ensure quality in every matter of service. Caleb provides a listening ear, a caring word, and a cheerful smile to allow our clients and caregivers to know they can rely on him to assist with the very best scheduling experiences . Denisse Feore serves Home Instead as a Scheduling Coordinator, where she plays a key role in ensuring smooth, reliable care for our clients. With a strong attention to detail and a genuine heart for service, Denisse works closely with caregivers and clients to create schedules that support consistency, comfort, an d quality care. Known for her calm approach and thoughtful communication, Denisse helps navigate scheduling needs with care and professionalism. She takes pride in being a dependable point of contact and in creating positive experiences that allow both clients and caregivers to feel supported.

Sandra Lewis serves Home Instead as a Quality Assurance Associate. Sandra enjoys introducing our caregivers to their clients when meeting for the first time and she excels at assuring quality of care with every visit. Sandra has a true heart for home care and as former Caregiver herself, she truly understands the importance of listening to the needs of our clients, their families and of course, caregivers, to help create risk-free healthy outcomes.

Mary Jane Carraway has a heart to serve people. As a Registered Nurse, Mary Jane has worked at Home Instead for many years as one of our Caregivers and enjoys assisting her clients with the daily care necessary to see them remain independent and healthy in their own home. Mary Jane, along with the entire Home Instead Team is grateful to be able to care for others in their time of need. "It's not a job, it's caring!"

As Community Liaison, Deborah Wolkhamer is the voice of our message. Deb, as we affectionately refer to her, is knowledgeable, kind, understanding and helpful in relating the important message that "aging in place at home is not only preferred, but is best, and at Home Instead we can help you do so with confidence." Mrs. Wolkhamer specializes in speaking to community groups, church groups, support groups, social groups, and schools about the importance of homecare processes. "I am passionate about educating people on the importance of being informed in the arena of home care services and seeing them make the very best decisions about their care."
