Responsibilities:
• Lead business development
Manage daily operations: scheduling, HR/recruiting, and client management
• Handle client onboarding and care plan oversight
• Hire and train caregivers; manage remote recruiter
• Maintain AHCA compliance and credentialing
• Present Home Instead to doctors, hospitals, and community partners
Requirements:
• 4+ years in Home Care or Home Health operations
• Experience with WellSky, ClearCare, or similar scheduling systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of AHCA regulations
