Our Palm Beach County office is a new and small, but incredibly fast-growing. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in home care, health care administration, or home health management who’s ready to make an immediate impact on the lives of seniors in our community.

Position Overview
The Operations Manager leads daily office operations — overseeing client services, caregiver recruiting, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. This is a key leadership role within our agency and requires a balance of technology savvy, business and financial acumen, people management, and genuine compassion for seniors.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee client intake, onboarding, and care plan management
- Understand and manage online digital and social media marketing campaigns
- Supervise scheduling, ensuring timely and appropriate caregiver assignments
- Lead HR and recruiting efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding caregivers
- Manage remote recruiting staff and maintain credentialing compliance
- Handle client and family concerns with empathy and professionalism

- Ensure full compliance with AHCA regulations for home care agencies
- Represent company in presentations and outreach to hospitals, physicians, case managers
- Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies and streamline operations
- Oversee after hours support team (evenings and weekends)

Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of Home Care or Home Health agency experience
- Heavy technology experience, including hands-on experience using WellSky, ClearCare, or a compatible scheduling system
- Six Sigma or business process improvement experience preferred
- Proven track record in healthcare operations, scheduling, or HR management


Preferred Skills:
- Able to communicate and share ideas professionally with senior management/owner
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills using technology solutions for time management
- Knowledge of AHCA home care compliance practices
- Confident in public speaking and relationship-building with referral partners (hospitals, case managers, doctors, etc.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small office environment
