Our fast growing Palm Beach County office has an opening for a full time experienced Home Health Operations Manager. Home Instead is the world leader for in-home senior personal care, with over 1500 office globally. Come join a world class team!
The Operations Manager will actively assist and oversee client services, HR, Recruiting, and scheduling functions. This includes managing incoming inquiries for service, care consultations, client wellness reviews, scheduling, and facilitating new hire orientation.
A successful candidate is one who is intelligent, quick to learn, technology savvy, and possesses a high degree of customer service and creativity. To apply, you must have prior Home Care agency experience and you must have experience working on the Wellsky/Clearcare system or a compatible home care/home health scheduling system.
Competitive base pay, bonus program, PTO, and other benefits are offered. Only candidates who meet the requirements above will be able to be considered due to the requirements for this position.
