At Home Instead, we believe the holidays are the perfect time to spread some cheer to our seniors so they all feel remembered and cherished. Lisa H. and Laurie S. from our team recently visited Holmes Beach City Hall to set up a special tree for our "Be a Santa to a Senior" program. The tree is now shining bright in the lobby, covered in tags that represent the holiday wishes of local seniors.
How You Can Be a Santa to a Senior This Season:
Participating is easy! If you want to help us deliver a little extra joy, here is how you can get involved:
- Stop by the lobby at Holmes Beach City Hall, 5801 Marina Dr.
- Browse the ornaments featuring a local senior's gift request
- Purchase the item listed on the tag
- Bring the unwrapped gift back to City Hall with the tag attached
To ensure we have enough time to deliver these gifts before Christmas morning, the deadline to return your gifts is Wednesday, December 17th.
