Join the Wellness Wandering Book Club on Friday, April 10th, from 10 to 11am for a morning of literature and movement. This month, the group is discussing Stolen Focus: Why You Can't Pay Attention-and How to Think Deeply Again, by Johann Hari. After the book talk, you'll head out for a guided walk through our County's local parks. This month’s meeting takes place at Parrish Community Park, 7550 Ft. Hamer Rd.
