At Home Instead, we love highlighting local events that make staying active fun and accessible. Today, we are spotlighting the library's Chair Zumba class so you can get moving and grooving with other people from around town!
On Wednesday, April 22nd, from Noon to 12:45pm, the Rocky Bluff Branch Library, 6750 US 301 North, will host a class for all experience levels. Adrienne will lead you through easy-to-follow routines set to Motown, disco, and modern classics. Make sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing and supportive sneakers, and bring along a closed water bottle. Registration is required to secure your spot, and you can sign up through the Chair Zumba Event Page.
