The Home Instead team has found another community event coming up this weekend. This weekend, the neighborhood is coming together for the “We LOVE Locals” Art Walk and Market, and we wanted to spotlight this event to give seniors and families a chance to slow down, admire some arts and crafts, and chat with friendly folks in town.
The Market will run Friday, June 5th, and Saturday, June 6th, from 11am to 4pm at the Village of the Arts, 1227 12th St W. You can wander around, meet talented artists, shop the pop-up vendors, and listen to live music while grabbing a bite to drink or eat from one of the many awesome restaurants. A few galleries will also be offering hands-on workshops and interactive art experiences throughout the weekend, plus gemstone mining for kids of all ages. Street parking is available throughout the area, along with a free parking lot located on 13th Ave.
