That’s why we are spotlighting the 70s Aerobics class at Central Library to encourage seniors to stay moving, stay social, and stay engaged here in the community.
On Wednesday, November 12th, from 11:30am to 12:30pm, the Central Library (1301 Barcarrota Blvd W) is hosting an upbeat session that invites you to get your disco groove on. All fitness levels are welcome to join and get the heart pumping.
