Caregiver Qualifications:

• Must possess Valid Driver's License, Reliable Vehicle, and active Car Insurance
• Drug screen
• Complete DMV & Criminal Background check
• (2) personal & (2) Professional references

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Transportation to and from appointments, errands and activities
• Personal Hygiene/Bathing/Grooming
• Personalized Alzheimer's/Dementia/Hospice Supports
