Paige was born and raised in Chandler, Arizona, and relocated to Colorado in the spring of 2026 with her husband and their beloved Chihuahua, Zuko. Before joining Home Instead, she spent two years working in the senior care industry, where she discovered a passion for advocating for seniors and helping them maintain independence and quality of life. Paige is dedicated to ensuring seniors can live long, happy lives in the comfort of their own homes through compassionate and personalized care. Outside of work, Paige loves exploring local restaurants, spending time with her family, and, of course, taking far too many pictures of Zuko. Her compassionate nature and genuine love for people make her a trusted support system for the seniors and families she serves.

Lauren Lier serves as the Regional Director of Clinical Operations, bringing a strong clinical and leadership background to her role. She originally began her journey with the organization in 2010 under previous ownership and has since returned to support its continued growth alongside her family.

Sheri brings many years of nursing experience to Home Instead, along with a deep desire to help people.

Ricky is a seasoned professional with a background in finance, sales, and operations management across diverse industries. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance and management from Creighton University and furthered his education with an MBA from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Understanding the importance of quality of life for individuals and peace of mind for families, Ricky is passionate about personalized home care. Ricky moved to Denver in 2023 with his wife Melissa for her position at Craig Hospital. In his free time, Ricky enjoys skiing, hiking, cycling, golfing, and watching movies.

Sam grew up in San Diego and moved to Denver with her sister in 2021. A writer by trade, Sam uses her excellent communication skills and vast Home Instead knowledge to keep the office running as efficiently as possible. She may be blonde in her bio photo, but in person she's a pink-haired, funky earring wearing friendly smile at the front desk. When she's not wrestling with the printer or scheduling trainings, you can find her reading, writing, crafting, and spending as much time in the sun as possible.

Anna is a relationship-driven professional with a deep passion for helping older adults and their families navigate care with confidence and compassion. With more than six years of experience in senior living, Anna has supported hundreds of seniors and their families in making informed decisions that bring comfort, reassurance, and quality of life. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she brings expertise in guiding families through the unique challenges of Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, offering education, resources, and support every step of the way.

Sara grew up traveling the world but has been in Colorado since 2013. She brings her hands-on and people-first experience running activities in senior living and memory care to her sales and marketing role. Her background in both the culinary and entertainment industries give her a unique and creative perspective, and she enjoys making connections with seniors and their families. Outside of work, she enjoys caring for her plants and her three cats, and experimenting in the kitchen, as she has a love of all noodles and trying new recipes. You might also find her at a car meet or on the golf course.

Emily was born in Denver and raised in Nebraska, where she began her career with Home Instead. In 2018 she moved back to Colorado to continue her career as a Home Care Consultant, passionate about serving and connecting. She enjoys spending time with her kids, traveling with her boyfriend, going to festivals, dancing, art, learning how to bake sourdough, and hiking. You might find her at a good brunch spot or parked in front of the nearest taco truck. She even pursues 'helping' outside of work as a life coach and a death doula.

Tairyce was born and raised in Denver Colorado and graduated from Mesa State University with a degree in social science. She has a great understanding for other people's needs and outstanding problem-solving skills, which drove her toward a career of helping others. Her ultimate goal is to support those that need a support system. At Home Instead, Tai specializes in education and field work for clients with Alzheimer's and dementia. When she's not helping members of the Home Instead community, she's spending time with her family, friends, and dogs, singing, and attending comedy events.

Alex is a Colorado Native and is currently enrolled in Metropolitan State University. He is new to Home Instead and is excited to learn about and work in the field of home care. Alex has a black-haired Labrador Retriever named Penny (named after Penelope Cruz, one of Alex's favorite actresses). Penny is a good pup and she also responds to "Penne." Alex enjoys hiking with Penny and is an exceptional ping pong player. He welcomes a challenge with open arms.

Nataliia is a passionate language enthusiast from Ukraine. Armed with a love for learning languages, she has honed her skills and attended HR manager classes at Cornell. Her heart belongs to dogs, particularly her beloved Pit, Corso. Beyond her linguistic and managerial pursuits, Nataliia is a skilled candle maker. With a rich background of five years working with preschool kids in Asia, Nataliia brings a unique blend of skills, creativity, and multicultural understanding to any team or project.

Eliannah Angel-Lucero is a Colorado Native that enjoys fishing, paddle boarding, golf, and spending quality time with friends and family. Through her hard work and dedication, she was able to receive the Evans Scholarship to the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she received a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in business. Through her education, volunteer activities, and background as a Hispanic and Native woman, she discovered a passion for caring, cooperating, and advocating for marginalized communities and individuals. Having assisted in the care of her Great-Grandparents who had Dementia and Diabetes, she has a special place in her heart for the well-being of our seniors. She is excited to be a part of the Home Instead community and working with our team to ensure you and your family receive the best possible care.

Hannah was born and raised in Denver, Colorado and a recent graduate from Spelman College with a degree in Economics. Hannah relocated back to Colorado to pursue work that benefits underserved communities, hoping to provide opportunities that address local needs. She has always had a purpose-driven mindset with a strong passion to help people, so entering senior care has been fulfilling that goal. When she is not in the office, Hannah loves to explore the outdoors and go for hikes around the city.

Tabatha is a dependable and hardworking professional with 17 years of experience in leadership, customer service, and team coordination. As an Army Veteran, she values discipline, adaptability, and teamwork in everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her kids and spouse, staycations, and being outdoors. She takes pride in bringing a positive attitude and strong work ethic to both her personal and professional life.

Catherine was born in the New York City area and has lived in Colorado since 2012. She is a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, NE where she received a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and Policy. She started her career in home health as a Care Professional with the original Home Instead franchise in Omaha, NE. Catherine has since been passionate about working with and advocating for aging adults. In her free time Catherine enjoys spending time with her family, her dog Sadie Mae, and cat Bad Kitty.

Michelle spent her first few years in Eckert, Colorado before her family moved to Denver, where she grew up. She brings her managerial experience from four years as a Veterinary Clinic practice manager to the service team, where her calm demeanor and friendly voice lend well to the team. When she's not at the office serving seniors, you can find her crocheting, biking, doing puzzles, and spending time with her three kids, two dogs, one cat, and four guinea pigs.

Bradie is originally from a small mountain town in Colorado and moved to Denver in 2013. She loves working with senior populations and is currently working towards her BA in Aging Services Leadership. Outside of work she has too many hobbies to count, including gardening, art, travel, reading, and playing sports. Most of all she loves spending time with her husband, Ben, and their two dogs Jasper and Luca.

Brandon is a Colorado native that enjoys woodworking and tinkering with his 3D printer. He is a University of Northern Colorado graduate and is now currently enrolled at Western Governors University. He loves learning and problem-solving. Outside of work, he spends time with his family and their four dogs. He has several years of home care scheduling under his belt and is very excited about matching seniors with the perfect caregivers on the Home Instead team.

Averi earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from University of Colorado Boulder. Soon after, she began working with seniors, primarily those with dementia, and their families. She brings her experiences as a memory-care life enrichment specialist and caregiver into her job as a service coordinator. Averi is committed to making people's final years as happy and stress free as possible, knowing that the kindness and care of others makes all the difference. Averi spends her time baking and eating baked goods with her friends.

Originally from Southwest Louisiana, Jack has called Colorado home for the last 15 years. A graduate of McNeese State, Jack is nearing the completion of his master's degree in Data Analytics through CSU. He's a natural at process optimization and team management and is always on the lookout for ways to make systems run smoother and help teams thrive. Growing up as the son of two educators, Jack has great appreciation for the power of education and training. He brings these values into every project and relationship he builds at Home Instead. A self-proclaimed knowledge addict, Jack enjoys playing trivia, reading, and learning new skills such as cooking and woodworking in his free time.

Alli earned her degree in Education from the University of Kansas. She brings over thirteen years of experience teaching at the elementary level and is excited to apply her passion for education to the orientation and training of care professionals. Alli is deeply committed to supporting others in their growth and development.
