Brandi and her mother, Lynda Patriquin, launched Home Instead Senior Care on March 1, 2000. For them, it is a win-win business - helping keep seniors in their homes as well as creating jobs for the people in our community who "just want to give back." She is an active, hands-on owner, and you will most likely see Brandi either in the office or out in the field.

Chris Parmelee joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in March 2015 as General Manager, overseeing operations for three franchise locations: Rancho Cucamonga, Victorville, and Grand Junction. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and management across all departments—including finance, staffing, human resources, client services, and home care sales—with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional care to every client.

Chris’s top priorities are ensuring that both our valued Care Professionals and clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive within their communities. His leadership is grounded in compassion, integrity, and a deep dedication to enhancing the lives of seniors and their families.

With over 20 years of experience as a caregiver—including 8 years as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)—I’ve dedicated my career to supporting seniors with compassion and integrity. For the past two years, I’ve expanded my role to include scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and overseeing CNAs, helping to build strong, dependable care teams.

My background spans long-term care, assisted living, and home health, giving me a well-rounded perspective on the unique needs of each setting. I'm also a certified Dementia Trainer in the state of Colorado, and I’m passionate about sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in memory care.

Above all, I’m committed to creating a supportive environment—for both the individuals we care for and the team I lead. I make it a priority to ensure my team feels comfortable coming to me with any questions or concerns, and I take pride in being a resource they can rely on. 

Robin has been a CNA for over 20 years. She has worked in Grand Junction with Long-Term care facilities, Hospice, Home health, and assisted living facilities for 17 years. Robin has a passion for helping the senior community on the Western Slope. Robin will ensure you have the tools you need to remain in your home safely with your loved one.

Madalynn Alexander joined the Home Instead team as an On-Call Supervisor in 2025. With a strong background in customer service, she quickly built positive relationships with clients, family members, and Care Professionals. Although new to the field, Madalynn brings a passion for providing excellent support and ensuring that each client’s needs are met. She loves being able to assist Care Pros out in the field and is dedicated to making sure clients receive the highest quality of care.
