Sandeep Bhatia - General Manager & Owner
Sandeep has more than 25 years of business experience. Sandeep chose to become a Home Instead Senior Care owner because he wanted to use his experience to help serve seniors in his community. In his free time, Sandeep enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling and spending time with family.

Hello, my name is Tania Romero. After I completed my undergrad at San Francisco State University. I worked in various companies and roles in Business Management, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing. I also have almost 5 years of experience as a caregiver for my mother who had Stage 4 cancer and worked along side Hospice of San Joaquin and continued to be her caregiver until she passed away. I chose to become a part of Home Instead because I have always enjoyed helping people. I plan to spend the rest of my life providing care to people in need. I also enjoy gardening, camping and spending time with my family.

My name is Tori Emiko. I studied at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA where I pursued my Bachelor's in Biology with a minor in Public Health. I began my journey in the caregiving field in 2017, and over the years, I've gained a wealth of experience supporting individuals and families through compassionate, quality care. My background has fueled my passion for improving the well-being of others, and I'm proud to bring that commitment to the Home Instead team. In my free time, I enjoy going to the movies, spending time with friends and family, and trading in global equity markets.
