Job Description
Home Instead Ventura County is hiring dependable caregivers to support clients in Ventura and Santa Paula. This is an in-home, non-medical caregiving role focused on consistency, safety, and hands-on care.
We are looking for caregivers who live in or near Ventura or Santa Paula and are comfortable working day, evening and weekend shifts based on client needs. This role is best suited for individuals who are reliable, communicate clearly, and can follow care plans as written.
Primary Needs
Day and evening shifts in Ventura, Santa Paula & Ojai
Weekend availability is a plus

What You’ll Do
Assist with personal care, including bathing and toileting
Provide companionship and supervision
Support mobility and daily routines
Follow established care plans
Communicate clearly with the office team
Pay & Compensation
$19.00 per hour
$500 sign-on bonus
Weekend shifts pay more

Requirements
At least 18 years old
Reliable transportation to client homes
Comfortable assisting with bathing and toileting
Able to lift up to 25 lbs
Registered as a California Home Care Aide (or willing to register)
Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Clients are located in Ventura, Oxnard, Ojai and Santa Paula. We prioritize matching caregivers close to where they live whenever possible.
