Caregiver – Simi Valley & Moorpark | $19/hr + $500 Sign-On Bonus

Job Description

Home Instead is hiring reliable, professional caregivers to support clients in Simi Valley and Moorpark. This is an in-home, non-medical caregiving role focused on safety, consistency, and hands-on care.

We are seeking caregivers who live in or near Simi Valley or Moorpark and are looking for steady work with a structured, supportive team. Weekend availability is a plus, and schedules vary based on client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care, including bathing and toileting

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Support mobility and daily routines

• Follow care plans as written

• Communicate clearly with our office team

Pay & Compensation

• $19.00 per hour

• $500 sign-on bonus

• Weekend shifts pay more

Requirements

• At least 18 years old

• Reliable transportation to client homes

• Comfortable assisting with bathing and toileting

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs

• Registered as a California Home Care Aide (or willing to register — we assist with the process)

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

Clients are located in Simi Valley and Moorpark. We prioritize assigning caregivers close to where they live whenever possible.
