Zumba is a great, low-impact exercise that feels a lot like learning new dance moves. It improves cardiovascular health, increases flexibility, and improves coordination, which are all vital for seniors who want to maintain independence.
The free class meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month, in the Community Room at the Mid-Valley Regional Branch Library, 16244 Nordhoff Street. The next session will be on Wednesday, November 19th, so grab your dancing shoes and join the fun!
