During Life's Journey: Free Group Therapy Sessions, you can talk about daily life challenges in a supportive environment with a Social Worker. These sessions are open to all, so we you'll take advantage of this opportunity to de-stress.
These free group therapy sessions take place on Tuesdays from 3 to 4pm at the Mid-Valley Regional Branch Library (16244 Nordhoff Street). While this resource is great for a midweek mental pick-me-up, Home Instead caregivers offer companionship care where we can be a supportive, listening ear throughout the week.
