The Mending Hour invites community members to learn the art of mending and customizing items, like clothing, linens, and even stuffed toys. You will have access to sewing machines and expert instruction to help bring worn or damaged pieces back to life. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn a useful skill, preserve cherished belongings, and meet other crafters. Sessions take place on Thursday, October 23rd and Thursday, October 30th from 1pm to 2pm in the 2nd Floor, Community Room of the Library | Parks and Recreation Center, 901 Civic Campus Way.
