Recently, we celebrated a very special person, our franchise owner, Martie Cruz! The team met at the Basque Cultural Center for an incredible lunch in honor of Martie’s birthday. It was a great way to recognize all the hard work she pours into Home Instead every day.
Martie’s journey to Home Instead began after witnessing her own mother’s experience in a care facility. A chance discovery of a Home Instead article solidified her path, and since 1996, she has been a driving force behind our commitment to providing the best home care in San Mateo, CA. Her leadership continues to make a lasting impression on both our team and the seniors we serve.
