Staying active and informed is an important part of healthy aging, which is why we are happy to spotlight the upcoming Age Well Health Fair 2025. This community event is all about supporting better living at every stage of life.
The event will be at the Peninsula Health Care District Community Wellness Center, 1875 Trousdale Dr, on Saturday, August 9, from 10am to 2pm. Take advantage of free health screenings, meet with local wellness providers, explore services that support aging well, and there will be sample fitness classes and activities throughout the day.
