Thanksgiving is a season for gratitude, and the spirit of "giving" isn't just found around a dinner table. It’s also moments shared between a senior and their caregiver in the homes throughout Pasadena. This year, we wanted to make sure our team felt appreciated for the hard work they put into caring for others every single day.
To celebrate our incredible team, we opened a special Caregiver Appreciation Store right here in our office! We invited our caregivers to drop by, grab a Home Instead reusable bag, and "shop" for free. The "shelves" were stocked with holiday meal essentials, snacks, and other tasty items as our way of saying "thank you." Every visit earned them a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Thanksgiving turkey!
Watching our caregivers fill their bags was a beautiful reminder of why we do what we do. These are the people who provide the home care in Pasadena, CA, that keeps our local seniors aging well.
