Veterans who have served with courage and selflessness deserve more than just a single day of celebration. At Home Instead, we consider it an honor to care for those who have served our country. This year, the South Pasadena Senior Center extended the Veterans Day festivities a day with their annual Veterans Day Luncheon.
The event was a beautiful tribute to our local heroes. The room at the South Pasadena Senior Center was filled with laughter, stories, and great music from the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department Band. The Home Instead team even got to set up a booth where we met with veterans and their families and got to personally thank them for their service.
For many veterans we spoke with, the conversation turned toward how they can maintain their independence as they age. We were happy to demonstrate how we offer the best home care in Pasadena, CA, tailored to meet the unique needs of former service members.
At Home Instead, we provide a shoulder of support for those who have carried so much for us. Thank you to the South Pasadena Senior Center for allowing us to be a part of such a meaningful afternoon!
