The team at Home Instead of Pasadena loves to get out in the community and engage with other local leaders who support seniors. We gladly stood alongside other Pasadena businesses, Senior Commission members, and our partners from Pasadena Village to celebrate older adults in America!
Mayor Victor Gordo presented a formal proclamation from the Pasadena City Council in honor of Older Americans Month. Every May, we are given a time to celebrate the older adults who shape our community. The theme was Champion Your Health, focusing on prevention and wellness.
The celebration doesn’t stop there! Executive Director Katie Brandon encouraged everyone to attend the fifth annual Older Americans Month Celebration in Pasadena on May 20th at Victory Park.
