At Home Instead, we believe it is our responsibility to support all seniors in our community, not just our clients. That’s why we seek out local resources and events to highlight. One example is a presentation hosted by the Historical Society of Palm Desert, called Current Trends in Medicine for Seniors, which will inform seniors about the latest developments in health care.
Examine the latest treatments, prevention strategies, and health innovations impacting older adults. You'll learn how new medical research is shaping care and receive practical tips for supporting wellness. The presenters will be Dr. Roger Seheult, a physician and educator quadruple board-certified in several internal medicine specialties, and Dr. Jenna LeComte-Hinely, CEO of HARC, Inc., who specializes in research on health, wellness, and quality of life.
This presentation is part of the Historical Society's Friday Night Lecture series and will be held on Friday, November 21st, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the Community Room at the Palm Desert Library (73300 Fred Waring Drive).
