At Home Instead, we have been lucky to witness the kindness and generosity of the people in Palm Desert through countless charity programs. Recently, our team participated in the 2025 Walk to End Alzheimer’s - Coachella Valley, and once again, this amazing community did not disappoint.
Seeing the purple shirts all over the park was an inspiring reminder that no family has to face this journey alone. Our team spent the day walking and discussing how we provide dementia care and Alzheimer's support for our neighbors.
As a provider of home care in Palm Desert, CA, we see the daily impact of Alzheimer's on the clients and families we serve. Home Instead walks because we know the challenges they face, and we want future generations to live in a world where this disease no longer steals the memories and independence of our seniors. The funds raised through this event go directly toward local support groups, educational resources, and research that brings us closer to a cure.
