Dr. Jaime Peñaherrera brings an extensive background in health care and services management, along with a deep personal commitment to serving seniors and their families. Aubrey is responsible for the recruiting and retaining the excellent CAREGivers who work with our Clients. She works closely with our team members to identify training needs, and organizes the implementation of our training programs. "I've always had a passion to work with others and help them to obtain goals they have in their lives. Having our clients being able to stay in their homes, and knowing there is a great CAREGiver there with them to help keep their independence is so very rewarding. To me, it's personal!"​​​

​Richelle is responsible for scheduling, invoicing and payroll. She works closely with both our CAREGivers and our Clients to ensure that all shifts are covered, and that we have the right CAREGiver working with the right Client. Richelle joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver and worked with a variety of clients. In 2008 she joined our office team. "I have a passion for what I do.
