The Home Instead team loves finding events for seniors and families to explore right here in El Monte! The Meztli Projects Printmaking Workshop is a special event where you can connect with local heritage through a creative, hands-on craft.
"Love Notes to Chokishngna," invites you to join Meztli Projects' artists to create unique prints and cards. You'll be using linoblocks inspired by Tongva basketry patterns to create layered designs that honor local plants and animals. No need to register, just stop by the El Monte Library, 3224 Tyler Ave, on Friday, November 21st, from 12pm to 1:30pm to join!
