After calling, I was transferred to Teri, who sincerely expressed her sympathy for what our family was going through. She set up a meeting with a care coordinator for that afternoon while my dad was still in the hospital. My father, who suffered from dementia, had a massive stroke and would be leaving the hospital and put on hospice at home.
