The Home Instead team has found a blooming great event for your spring calendar. The 12th biennial "Blooms with a View" Garden Tour is returning, and it’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday soaking in the natural beauty of View Park.
On Sunday, May 3rd, you’ll have the chance to step inside private gardens throughout View Park, Windsor Hills, Ladera Heights, and Baldwin Hills. While you're out, be sure to stop by Ladera Park for the Garden & Community Resource Expo. It runs from 10am to 5pm and features local nurseries, artists, food trucks, and plenty of giveaways.
Tickets are required for the garden tours, and you can snag them for $30 if you buy between March 1st and April 15th (prices go up to $35 after that). You can pick up your tickets and park at the Yvonne B. Burke Senior Center, 4750 W 62nd St. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes, as you’ll be doing a lot of exploring!
