Jared & Katie Harbin, Franchise Owners
Jared and Katie Harbin became the proud owners of Home Instead in 2020, driven by their shared passion for enhancing the lives of seniors through exceptional in-home care services. Jared, with Home Instead since 2015, brings his expertise in marketing to ensure seniors receive the personalized care and support they deserve. Katie, a dental hygienist by profession, complements their mission by actively supporting the community through her foster closet initiative, providing essential items to foster families in need.
Together, Jared and Katie are committed to making a meaningful difference in both the aging population and their local community, combining professional excellence with heartfelt compassion.

Jacyn Klingaman, Office Manager
Jacyn keeps the daily operation of our office going smoothly. His professionalism and attention to details ensures customer satisfaction. We are proud to have a man of integrity to lead our team.

Angela Siegfried, Recruitment Coordinator
Angela is our Recruitment Coordinator and she has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2009. She started as one of our extraordinary Care Pros and we are blessed to have her on our team.

Sophia Franco, Client Care Manager
Though Sophia is a vital part of our office staff, she is rarely at her desk. She can be found stopping by our client's homes, ensuring quality and satisfaction in our service. She has built strong relationships with many clients and is a highlight for many when she knocks on their door. Sophia also is a support to our Care Pros as she is always stocked with extra log notes, gloves and other essentials to help the Care Pro provide the best care possible.

Rosie Venegas, Staffing Coordinator
Rosie is one of our Staffing Coordinators and is a former Care Pro for Home Instead Senior. She understands the aspects and fast paced elements of the job. Rosie communicates with the clients and Care Pros in regards to schedules and concerns and is open minded and always willing to listen.

Jacqueline Baez, Compliance Assistant
Jackie is our Compliance Assistant. She comes to us from our Care Pro pool of extraordinary Care Pros. Her professional and thankful attitude are a great assets to our office.

Lisa Vujicic, Business Development Advisor
Lisa is a Business Development Advisor at Home Instead, where her primary focus is raising awareness of the services they provide to the community and supporting families as they navigate the unfamiliar territory of in-home care. With seven years of experience in home health and hospice, Lisa serves as a compassionate guide, helping families uncover and understand their specific needs, while ensuring they take advantage of all available resources, such as Veterans Administration benefits, long-term care insurance, and other programs. She works closely with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living and memory care communities, doctors, care managers, and many other professionals to create and maintain a personalized care plan tailored to each client’s needs.
Married and the proud owner of four wiener dogs, Lisa enjoys reading and traveling to explore new destinations. Her dedication to both her career and personal interests reflects her vibrant and balanced approach to life.

Cathryn Martin, Staffing Coordinator
Cathryn began her career with Home Instead in 2009 as a dedicated caregiver, earning the title of Caregiver of the Year in 2017 for her exceptional service. In 2021, she transitioned to an administrative role, using her expertise to support both clients and caregivers, enhancing their overall experience. Cathryn continues to blend her administrative skills with a deep commitment to caregiving, making a positive impact on those she serves and exemplifying compassion, professionalism, and dedication to improving the caregiving field.

Claudette Kay, Administrative Assistant
Claudette is a key part of our front office team at Home Instead, bringing expertise in management, procurement, and process improvement. Her skills help keep our operations smooth and our care seamless, ensuring every client and family receives the attention they deserve.
She’s passionate about supporting others and takes pride in being part of a team known for experience, heart, and reliability. Outside the office, Claudette enjoys crafting, gaming, and spending time with her great nieces and nephews, reminding us that family and connection are at the heart of everything we do.
Lachelle Rodriquez, After Hours Team
Lachelle has worked for Home Instead Senior Care since 2014 as a Care Pro. We are happy that Lachelle is now a part of our after hours team and would like to all so congratulate her on receiving the Care Pro of the Year for 2019.
Teresa Mora, After Hours Team
Theresa plays such a vital role to us here at Home Instead Senior Care. She helps us out with our after hours phone calls and weekend on call help. Teresa always has a positive attitude and a smile to share with everyone.
