About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and companionship to seniors, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Responsibilities may include assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation, and emotional support.

Experience is not required—we welcome individuals with personal caregiving experience (such as helping a family member) or anyone passionate about making a difference. Comprehensive training is provided.



Job Requirements

  •  Have availability and commitment to deliver exceptional care with dignity and respect.
  •  Complete a criminal background check, 39-month driving record, and drug screening.
  •  Obtain or possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  •  Possess a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle in good working order
(with operable air conditioning).
  •  Be at least 21 years of age.
  •  Hold a high school diploma or GED.
  •  Demonstrate the ability to engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  •  Be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English for documentation and communication purposes.
  •  Be able to safely lift and carry up to 50pounds.
  •  Use a mobile device for timekeeping, documentation, and reviewing care plans.
