Many families need a helping hand after the holidays, and the Gilbert community is already working on solutions. The Home Instead team just spotted another local event where you can make a huge impact from your pantry!
The Gilbert Feeding Families Community-Wide Food Drive is back! It will run from Monday, February 9th, through Sunday, February 22nd. Our local food banks are looking to restock their shelves. In 2025, this program provided over 165,000 meals to our neighbors. If you have a few extra cans of soup or want to make a monetary donation, every little bit helps.
You can help by donating non-perishables (non-expired items like canned goods, pasta, or peanut butter) or cash. Every $1 given can provide 5 meals or $30 worth of food! There are multiple locations across town, including local businesses, schools, and faith communities.
