Skilled in i am comfortable in all the situations that we deal with. before i went to nursing school i was a funeral director and embalmer. while i have never worked specifically with hospice clients, i have had many family members and friends that have been on hospice care. i think that helps me with talking with our clients and family, and our care pros as well., Robert finds joy in the details of each visit. "That varies on the day. Every day is different. I do love though when we get positive feedback from a client or a family member on what a great job our care pro is doing in the home," Robert says of a typical day.

When one of us goes through a major life event, we all are involved and go through it together," Robert notes. "Giving shout outs to our fellow administrative team, but to our care pros as well.
