Meet Our Home Care Team
Tyler Morris

Tyler Morris, General Manager

A Flippin native, Tyler grew up in the Twin Lakes area before spending time in West Plains and Willow Springs, Missouri. He and his wife recently returned to Flippin at the beginning of 2026, bringing things full circle.
Tyler comes from an entrepreneurial background in food service, where he worked his way up to managing six Subway locations before purchasing his own franchise. He and his wife owned and operated the business until selling it in 2023. But his connection to Home Instead runs deeper than a career change—it's a family business. His parents purchased the franchise in 2014, and Tyler witnessed firsthand the difference quality senior care makes, not only in the lives of seniors but in their families as well. That understanding, paired with a lifelong passion for helping others, led him to join Home Instead full time in 2024.
As General Manager, Tyler oversees day-to-day operations and long-term planning for both franchise locations in Mountain Home, Arkansas and Branson, Missouri. His focus is on building a team and culture that reflects the values Home Instead was founded on.
Outside of work, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, whether that's camping, going on adventures, or simply being outdoors together.

Brittany Webb

Brittany Webb, LPN, Home Care Advisor

Originally from Walnut Ridge, Brittany has called the Twin Lakes area home for the past 14 years. She brings a background in nursing from her time at a clinic in Melbourne, along with marketing experience—a combination that makes her uniquely suited for her role as a Home Care Advisor.
In her position, Brittany serves as a key connection point between Home Instead and the community. She builds relationships with referral partners and meets with prospective clients in their homes, helping families navigate their care options and find the right solutions for their loved ones. Her clinical background allows her to approach these conversations with both empathy and expertise.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that's camping or soaking in quality time with family.

Lisa Link

Lisa Link, Care Pro Specialist

Originally from Oregon, Lisa made the move to Arkansas in 2005 and has called the area home ever since. Her background is anything but conventional—she worked in a casino before relocating, then helped a friend launch a BBQ restaurant after arriving in Arkansas.
Lisa found her way into home care almost by accident, picking it up as a side job. But what started as extra work quickly became something more. She discovered a genuine love for helping those in need, and that passion led her to Home Instead in 2010. After a decade of hands-on caregiving experience, she transitioned into the office in 2020 as a Scheduling Coordinator, where she worked closely with both clients and Care Pros. In January 2026, she stepped into her current role as Care Pro Specialist, dedicated to supporting Care Pros whenever any need arises.
When she's not working, Lisa enjoys the outdoors—when the bugs and weather aren't trying to kill her.

Lisa can be reached directly at [email protected]

Raven South

Raven South, Recruitment & Training Coordinator

A sixth-generation local and Mountain Home High School graduate, Raven brings deep roots in the Twin Lakes area along with over 16 years of management and HR experience. She built her career at Walmart before joining Home Instead, with earlier experience handling office operations at National Supply Company, a locally owned business.
Her transition into senior care was driven by a personal mission: wanting to make a real difference in people's lives. With her own parents getting older, Raven sought to better understand the field—not just professionally, but so she could be a resource for her own family when the time comes.
As Recruitment and Training Coordinator, Raven oversees the full hiring process—from reviewing applications and conducting interviews to ensuring each new team member is the right fit for both the company and the clients they'll serve. She also leads orientation and ongoing monthly training.
A lifelong learner who believes you're never too old to pick up something new, Raven enjoys staying active through 5Ks, hiking, and exploring new places. She also loves reading, hunting, fishing, and time at the lake. Family is at the center of it all—she's a proud mom of seven and grandmother to thirteen, with a large extended family thanks to her mom being the youngest of twelve.

Raven can be reached directly at [email protected]

Karen Collins

Karen Collins, Office Coordinator

With family roots in Mammoth Spring and time spent in Kansas City before settling in Mountain Home during junior high, Karen has long-standing ties to the Twin Lakes area. She brings over two decades of administrative experience from her 23 years at the Baxter County Circuit Clerk's Office—a background that makes her a natural fit for keeping operations running smoothly.
Karen came to Home Instead through a personal connection: her son knew Noel and Elaine and encouraged her to apply. It turned out to be the right fit. As Administrative Assistant, she supports the team behind the scenes, helping ensure the day-to-day details stay on track so the focus can remain on serving clients and families.
Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending time with family, crafting, reading, and tending to her garden.

Marissa Scholz

Marissa Scholz, Billing & Payroll Specialist

Born in Memphis and raised in the Southaven, Mississippi area, Marissa moved to Mountain Home in 2001 and has called the Twin Lakes area home ever since.
Her connection to senior care runs deep—long before it became her career. At just 11 years old, Marissa began helping care for her grandmother after a series of strokes left her mobility impaired. Years later, as a stay-at-home mom, she helped care for her husband's grandparents, taking them to doctor's appointments and assisting around the house. When his grandfather moved into a nursing home, Marissa would visit regularly, often bringing their support dog, Marley, to brighten the day—not just for him, but for other residents as well.
When it was time to return to work, Marissa came across Home Instead and realized she'd already been doing this work for years. She joined the team as a Care Pro in 2024, bringing that same heart for service to her clients. She has since transitioned into her current role as Billing and Payroll Specialist, supporting the team behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Marissa is all about family. She and her husband stay busy with their two daughters, two dogs, and a cat. They love exploring antique stores, making trips to Silver Dollar City, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks. You'll also find them at the softball field supporting their oldest daughter.

Jenna Lockwood

Jenna Lockwood , Client Care Specialist

A lifelong Mountain Home resident, Jenna brings both deep community roots and a genuine heart for caregiving to her role. Her passion for helping others began early, inspired by caring for her brothers with special needs.
Jenna's journey with Home Instead started on the front lines as a Care Pro, where she gained firsthand experience providing compassionate, personalized care to clients in their homes. Her talent for connecting with others and her CNA background—developed during her time working in a nursing home—led to her promotion as a Care Pro Skills Coach, where she helped train and mentor new caregivers joining the team. In January 2026, Jenna transitioned to the office as our Client Care Specialist.
In this role, Jenna ensures that every client receives the highest quality of care possible so they can safely and comfortably remain in their homes. Her unique perspective—having worked as both a caregiver and a trainer—allows her to bridge the gap between our care team and the families we serve.
What Jenna loves most about Home Instead is the client-led approach to care. "Home Instead makes sure that each client's care is molded to them," she says.
When she's not working, you'll find Jenna out on the lake or exploring new adventures with her dog.
