Home Instead Mobile & Baldwin County is hiring a Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator to help us attract, engage, and retain exceptional caregivers while strengthening our culture from the inside out. This role is critical to our growth and success. The Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator serves as the front door to our organization—shaping first impressions, building relationships, and ensuring we bring on team members who align with our values and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Engagement

Manage applicant software daily; communicate enthusiastically with applicants; conduct screenings; build community

hiring relationships.

Onboarding & Training

Facilitate and oversee in-house onboarding for Care Professionals; coordinate orientation and training; reinforce

company culture, core values, and the 5 E’s; partner with leadership to improve training experience.

Human Resources SupportMaintain confidential records; support compliance, reporting, benefits coordination, OSHA logs, and other HR-related

administrative responsibilities.


Position Details

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Location: Mobile, AL 36607 (In-person)
