Client Care Coordinator

Mobile and Baldwin County, Alabama

Client Care Coordinator – Baldwin County, Alabama - Home Instead
Causeway Holding Company, LLC d/b/a Home Instead

Job Description

We’re looking for more than an employee — we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of outcomes, thrives on challenge, and finds deep meaning in helping others live well. As the Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead in Baldwin County, you’ll be the heartbeat between our clients, caregivers, and community partners. Your work directly fuels our mission to help seniors age gracefully, safely, and with dignity in the homes they love.

This is not a desk job. It’s a people-centered, results-driven role where every day looks a little different. One morning you may be conducting an in-home consultation to craft a care plan that brings peace of mind to a family; that afternoon you could be strategizing with our team to elevate the client experience or strengthening relationships with local healthcare partners.

You’ll have autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to grow alongside a company that’s built on excellence, compassion, and integrity. If you’re driven by purpose, motivated by relationships, and energized by seeing your work make a visible impact — this is the kind of role where you’ll thrive.
