Every new Care Professional who joins the Home Instead team goes through an onboarding training program to ensure they’re confident and fully prepared to deliver skilled home.
We’re proud to welcome six new caregivers to the Home Instead family! During their training, they practiced hands-on care techniques using a training dummy, gaining experience in personal care and safety. They also learned how to use common tools and equipment that keep clients safe.
