At Home Instead, we keep an eye out for local senior services and resources that promote health and well-being. Today, we're putting a spotlight on one excellent opportunity in Wasilla, the Free Senior Walking Program.
This program provides seniors aged 65 and older with dedicated track time to walk at their own pace. Regular exercise has numerous benefits, like improved heart health and better balance.
