Invoice Specialist – Anchorage, AK
Starting Pay: $26–$28/hour DOE + Benefits
Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | In-Office

About the Role
We’re hiring an Invoice Specialist to manage billing, payroll, and benefits tracking for our office. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing for clients and long-term care insurance providers, along with handling payments, benefit enrollments, and related clerical duties.

What You’ll Do
• Process and submit invoices (VA, Long-Term Care Insurance, Work Comp, and Private Pay)
• Apply client payments and finalize shifts in our home care software system
• Serve as the main contact for billing-related calls and LTC insurance communications
• Track and manage employee benefits, garnishments, and direct deposit forms
• Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
• Collaborate with internal staff to support billing, payroll, and office operations

What We’re Looking For
• Strong administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive)
• Familiarity with invoicing, payroll systems, and benefit platforms (WellSky/EMR experience a plus)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Positive, dependable, and professional work ethic
• Experience in home care, health care billing, or administrative support preferred
