About the Role
As our Service Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in scheduling and supporting our Care Professionals. You’ll match clients with the right caregiver, respond to day-to-day needs, and ensure smooth service delivery—while building extraordinary relationships along the way.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Location: Home Instead, 440 W. Benson Blvd. #100, Anchorage, AK
Start Date: Immediate hire
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate schedules between clients and Care Pros
- Build positive relationships through friendly, proactive communication
- Respond to client and caregiver needs with urgency and care
- Maintain accurate records in scheduling and CRM software
- Support consultations and onboarding for new clients
- Help us deliver dependable, high-quality care every day
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Experience in home care.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and scheduling systems
