Sandi's husband, E.P., joined the team in 2016 to contribute to the community outreach effort. In doing initial research on the home care industry, it was obvious that an in-home care company needs to have great people, great systems, and great processes. Once he and Sandi found Home Instead Senior Care, there was no need to look further. They truly think Home Instead has it all and great franchise support as well. So, after 23 years in the professional workforce working for small, medium, and large companies, E.P. decided to join Sandi in what is clearly her passion. He enjoys working on her team and often provides some levity for the office staff, caregivers, and clients.
Natalie Kramer joined our team in 2016. She is orginally from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida but relocated to South Carolina in 2006 to attend college. She then decided to utilize her degree and pursue a job where she can still impact the lives of others. Natalie has personal experience as a CAREGiver, taking care of her grandmother once diagnosed with terminal cancer. She has a true respect for Home Instead, CAREGivers and all people associated with helping Seniors live a longer, fuller and safer life!

Jessica joined our team as a CAREgiver in October 2017. She came to us with years of customer service experience, 7+ years being a CAREgiver and 5+ years in administrative/office role. In mid 2018, we had the pleasure of bringing Jessica in to the office to work directly with CAREgivers. Her jump and go attitude and willingness to help made her an asset to our company. While her passion has always been hands on taking care of others, she now gets to play a big role in finding dedicated, compassionate and loving people to join our family of CAREgivers! She believes that you can train a person to do a job but you can't train a person to have heart. She currently lives in Lyman with her 2 children and 8 animals!

"I am continually struck by the professionalism, high level of caring and exemplary caregivers that I have met from Home Instead. My mom couldn't live without them, and neither could I.
