Born and raised in Upstate New York, Juanita and her husband relocated to Kentucky in 2015. Soon after moving, Juanita began her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in Bowling Green, KY.
She served as the Communications Engineer for the Bowling Green, KY franchise before becoming the Human Resources Coordinator then quickly transitioning into the Director of Human Resources.
In 2017 Juanita began working with Clarksville and its surrounding areas as the Executive Director to help seniors stay in their homes for as long as possible.
Patricia joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as our Service Coordinator in 2017. She is responsible for ensuring client and CAREGiver satisfaction, building and maintaining client/CAREGiver relationships, optimizing CAREGiver schedules and ensuring quality care of our clients.
Patricia is an Army wife, the mother of six, and devout Christian. Patricia says her spiritual gifts are hospitality and caretaking.
Rebecca was born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she began a career working in the family business. In 2015, Rebecca relocated to Clarksville, Tennessee. She spent time as a stay-at-home mom with her three children before joining the Home Instead Senior Care team in early 2017. Rebecca served as a CAREGiver for several months before transitioning into the office as our CAREGiver Development Specialist. She is responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of qualified CAREGivers are hired, along with leading our state of the art CAREGiver New Hire and ongoing training. Rebecca serves our CAREGivers’ advocate and hosts fun events and activities for our company. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, traveling and outdoor sports.
Brianna joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2017 as a Professional CAREGiver. She transitioned shortly after to our On-Call Supervisor/ Professional CAREGiver Ambassador position in January 2018. As our Professional CAREGiver Ambassador, Brianna is responsible for providing immediate solutions to our clients needs. Along with being an ambassador, Brianna is also an On-Call Supervisor. This position ensures that assistance is provide and questions are answered 24/7, while upholding business after office hours. Brianna couldn’t be happier to work for a company who values clients and employees as immensely as Home Instead Senior Care does. Brianna feels blessed that she can work with the seniors in our community and make a true difference in their lives. Brianna recently graduated with her B.A. from Rider University, located in her home state of New Jersey. Brianna loves spending time with her dogs, reading, and exercising in her free time.
After three years as a stay at home mother, Hiliary re-joined the work force with Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver in August of 2017. Hiliary is thrilled to have joined the administrative team in February 2018 as an On-Call Supervisor/Professional CAREGiver Ambassador. As an On-Call Supervisor she will be available to assist clients, CAREGivers, and any other business operations after normal business hours to ensure that someone is available 24/7. As a Professional CAREGiver Ambassador, she will ensure the absolute best possible outcomes for clients and CAREGivers during situations with an immediate need. Hiliary is beyond excited to be a part of the ever-growing and thriving Home Instead Senior Care family. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her daughter. Hiliary’s daughter is the light of her life, and she strives every day to make her proud.
Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for all regional franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.
Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky. She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years. She transitioned to our administrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.
Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.

October 2001 she has served in a variety of administrative roles. She
joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in October 2017 as Regional
Billing Specialist. She is proud to provide billing and payroll support
to the five franchises.
