That's why our team stands ready to serve you any day of the week, at any hour of the day or night. CAREGiver Ambassadors

​​​Our team of CAREGiver Ambassadors are here to respond to urgent needs that may arise day or night.  There are a variety of situations in which our CAREGiver Ambassadors help us ensure the upmost quality of care and responsiveness.  On any given day a CAREGiver may experience an emergency and be unable to make it to their client's home.  In this case we deploy our CAREGiver Ambassador to arrive on time to ensure the client never goes without care.  In addition, they assist our CAREGivers with extra support in the home when a client has a particularly challenging day.  We are grateful for our CAREGiver Ambassadors and the vital role they play as members of our team.​ ​​

Home Instead Senior Care as a team is a group of people on a mission to help others and that is very personal. We all have been given free choice regarding our careers and this team has collectively chosen to help seniors and their families. I love what we do and I take seriously the trust that is bestowed upon us by each family that asks Home Instead to help."

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University.  Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida.  Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Brad was a nursing home administrator for 7 years.  Brad has served on Home Instead Senior Care’s franchise exchange council and has also served as the Chairperson for the Bowling Green Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the past 3 years.​

Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because every senior in the community deserves to age in the place that they have called home until their final days. I chose Home Instead and continue to choose Home Instead because I can. I can choose to be a driving force in the aging process, and aging at home. I have watched complete strangers and friends sit in a nursing home and stare blankly out a window each day, wishing to go home, or leave. I am realistic that I cannot save everyone, but I can diligently chip away at spreading the mission and, more importantly, the love. I choose Home Instead because I genuinely want to positively enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. I choose Home Instead so that I can work side by side with admin who quickly became like family and share the same mission. I choose Home Instead to have the opportunity to be a difference maker, a leader, and a resource for people who don’t want to ask for help, but need it.  I chose Home Instead because it is an ever-changing business that gives people opportunity…if you want it. Life is hard, sometimes work is hard, but the choice I made is easy”.  

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Juanita and her husband relocated to Bowling Green Kentucky in 2015. Soon after moving, Juanita began her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver in Bowling Green, KY, determined to do something that she loved, something “worthwhile” and something to “make a difference”.  She served as the Communications Engineer for the Bowling Green, KY, franchise before becoming the Human Resources Coordinator then quickly transitioning into the Director of Human Resources.

In 2017 Juanita began working with Clarksville and its surrounding areas as the Vice President of Operations, to help seniors in the community. In November of 2019, Juanita accepted the opportunity to run a second franchise in Goodlettsville to serve more seniors.

Rebecca was born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she began a career working in the family business. In 2015, Rebecca moved from Colorado Springs, CO, with her fiancé, who is currently stationed at Fort Campbell. Rebecca served as a Professional CAREGiver for several months before transitioning into the office as our Professional CAREGiver Development Specialist in August 2017. Rebecca was then promoted to Human Resources Coordinator in August 2018, and in March 2019, was promoted to the Director of Human Resources. She ensures a continuous flow of qualified Professional CAREGivers are hired to meet the needs of our increasing client population. Rebecca serves as our Professional CAREGiver advocate, as well as hosts fun events and activities for our company, clients & Professional CAREGivers alike! Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her two dogs, Bullet (Bull Terrier) & Izzy (Chihuahua).


Hiliary Morrow, Director of Client Services

After three years as a stay at home mother, Hiliary re-joined the work force with Home Instead Senior Care as a Professional CAREGiver in August of 2017. Hiliary joined the administrative team in February 2018 as an On-Call Supervisor/Professional CAREGiver Ambassador. In July of 2018 she assisted the seniors and other community members as the Home Care Consultant until March 2019, when she re-joined the Client Services Department as the Director of Client Services. Hiliary is beyond excited to be a part of the ever-growing and thriving Home Instead Senior Care family. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her daughter and friends. Hiliary’s daughter is the light of her life, and she strives every day to make her proud.​


Christina Gassner, Client Care Coordinator

​Christina “Tina” was raised in western Kentucky.  In 2008 she moved to St. Louis, Missouri, and started her path as a Certified Nurses Aid. In 2015 she moved to Clarksville and started doing in home care as a professional CAREGiver. In September of 2018 Tina became a Client Care Coordinator. She is responsible for assisting new clients and previous clients with any questions or comments they may have that helps them adjust to receiving Home Instead services.  She stays in contact with clients on a regular basis to ensure each and every person receives the best care possible so he or she can remain comfortable and safe in their homes.


Robert Whitlow, CAREGiver Development Specialist

​Robert Whitlow was born in Nashville, TN. From 1989 through 2012 he was an over-the-road truck driver. In 2006, Robert was diagnosed with kidney failure. Although he was on dialysis, he continued to drive his truck until 2012. In May of 2018, Robert became a CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care in Clarksville, TN, with a passion to help others as he had been helped. In August of 2018, Robert received a promotion to the CAREGiver Development Specialist role. Robert is truly enjoying his new role as he helps all of our professional CAREGivers Build Trust, Take the Lead and Share their Hearts!

Christy was born in Nashville, TN, and was raised in Mt. Juliet.  She moved to Clarksville to be with her now-husband a few years ago. Christy has been a Professional CAREGiver for 11 years. Her love for helping people brought her to Home Instead Senior Care in March of 2018. Christy loves taking care of people and turning frowns into smiles. Christy was Professional CAREGiver of the month for June 2018 and joined the administration team in July of 2018, when she took the role of On-Call Supervisor/Professional CAREGiver Ambassador.

Ellen Porter joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2007 as a Professional CAREGiver and has assisted many seniors in her 12 years. Ellen has been the solution for seniors and their families, who were otherwise at their wit’s end. Ellen has been Professional CAREGiver of the month countless times in her years with Home Instead Senior Care and was promoted to Professional CAREGiver Ambassador in November 2018.

​Pamela Maiberger joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2012 as a Professional CAREGiver. Since 2012, Pam earneded the Professional CAREGiver of the Month Award in May 2015, March 2016 and October 2017. Pamela was recognized for being so outstanding, and was awarded Clarksville’s 2018 Professional CAREGiver of the Year Award! Pamela has a bachler’s degree in social work and is a licensed CNA. Pam loves helping the seniors of our Clarksville community and ensures our clients’ needs are met. As a Christian, Pam feels that it is her calling to serve others. Pam has been a Professional CAREGiver Ambassador since January 2019, and is a blessing to our team.


Amanda Watt, Home Care Specialist

"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because it allows me the opportunity to ensure others' happiness. Since 2004 I have been working with Home Instead clients and their families to coordinate, manage and facilitate the highest quality care possible, while maintaining the senior’s wishes to remain at home and as independent as possible. To work with clients and their families on such a personal level feels much more like a calling than a profession."

Amanda began her tenure with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2004. She has served in several administrative capacities and after nearly ten years in the Quality Assurance Department, Amanda was promoted to the Director of Operations. As Director of Operations, Amanda was responsible for overseeing the Client Care and Client Services departments.  In November 2016, Amanda transitioned into the role of General Manager where she oversaw total operations for the Bowling Green office. In 2017 she transitioned to the Regional Team as Home Care Specialist, where she currently assist individuals inquiring about our services and payment options.  She takes great pride in the quality of our care and wants every client and CAREGiver to be delighted with our company.

Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for all regional franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.​

​​Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky.  She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years.  She transitioned to our a​dministrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.​

Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.​​

Being a family caregiver for several years prepared me to appreciate and enjoy the seniors in our community."

Jamie joined the Home Instead Senior Care family in March 2001 as a CAREGiver. Since October 2001 she has served in a variety of administrative roles.  She joined our Home Instead Senior Care team in October 2017 as  Regional Billing Specialist. She is proud to provide billing and payroll support to the five franchises.

We are doing the extraordinary by empowering seniors to remain independent, healthy and happy in their homes, wherever that may be. To personally touch people's lives and give families peace of mind and support is the most fulfilling calling you can answer. We answer that call every day.”

Emily earned her undergraduate degree from Asbury College and her Master’s Degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University.  Emily provides consultation services to the Home Care Consultants in Kentucky and Tennessee.  She ensures continuity of sales executions, public relations and community education programs.  Emily worked in direct sales for Home Instead Senior Care for eight years before moving to a consulting role. ​


Jacque Crimmins - Regional Billing/Payroll Specialist

Jacque Crimmins - Regional Billing/Payroll Specialist

Jacque is originally from Chicago, but spent many years moving around the country with the US Air Force.  She has lived in Kentucky for eight years and is enjoying calling it home.  She joins the Home Instead finance department as Regional Billing/Payroll Specialist to assist with billing and payroll needs for our five franchises. Jacque enjoys spending time being a mom, reading, hiking, spending time outdoors and being involved with her local church family.  She truly believes in the importance of the mission of serving your loved ones, and hopes to serve them well with grace.
