"Home Instead Senior Care is personal to me because we are in the business of caring for others. The relationships that we have with our clients and their families are built on a foundation of trust. We have been the solution for so many different family circumstances since 2002 and we have been able to meet these personal needs of seniors with love and compassion. Home Instead Senior Care as a team is a group of people on a mission to help others and that is very personal. We all have been given free choice regarding our careers and this team has collectively chosen to help seniors and their families. I love what we do and I take seriously the trust that is bestowed upon us by each family that asks Home Instead to help."

Originally from Glasgow, Kentucky, Brad has a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Kentucky University.  Brad is also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) and a licensed nursing home administrator in Kentucky and Florida.  Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, Brad was a nursing home administrator for 7 years.  Brad has served on Home Instead Senior Care’s franchise exchange council and has also served as the Chairperson for the Bowling Green Walk to End Alzheimer’s for the past 3 years.​

To have the opportunity to put a smile on our senior’s faces by helping them accomplish things they would otherwise not be able to accomplish is such a joy to me. We make a difference! I am very fortunate to be a part of Home Instead Senior Care’s team."

In 2010, after being a stay-at-home mom for five years, Enjoli joined the Home Instead Senior Care family as a CAREGiver. She joined the Staffing Department in 2011 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in June of 2012 where she was responsible for total operations of the Human Resources Department. After serving as the Director of Human Resources for nearly five years, Enjoli became our Regional Operations Consultant and is now responsible for ensuring that all departments in each of our offices are operating with the same systems. She works hand-in-hand with our General Managers. Enjoli is a CAREGiver at heart as she still enjoys providing CAREGiving services when she’s not working in the office. Enjoli is always smiling and she says that it is a joy to her to communicate with the CAREGivers and clients on a daily basis. She works in a busy office and her positive attitude is appreciated by all who interact with her. Enjoli and her husband have three delightful children. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Juanita Almy, Executive Director

Juanita Almy, Executive Director

Born and raised in Upstate New York, Juanita and her husband relocated to Kentucky in 2015. Soon after moving, Juanita began her career with Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in Bowling Green, KY.

She served as the Communications Engineer for the Bowling Green, KY franchise before becoming the Human Resources Coordinator then quickly transitioning into the Director of Human Resources.

In 2017 Juanita began working with Clarksville and its surrounding areas as the Executive Director to help seniors stay in their homes for as long as possible.


Donna Smith, Regional Director of Finance

Donna Smith, Regional Director of Finance

Donna joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in January 2008. She oversees the billing and payroll for three franchises. She works hard to ensure that every detail of our client’s invoices and our CAREGiver’s paychecks are correct. Donna counts it a joy to work for a company that is truly all about helping others. Donna is married and has two wonderful children. She enjoys cooking, serving at her church, and lazy days on the lake with her family.​


Jennifer Callison, Regional Accounting Specialist

Jennifer Callison, Regional Accounting Specialist

​​Jennifer was born and raised in Campbellsville, Kentucky.  She joined Home Instead in 2009 after being a stay at home mom for 12 years.  She transitioned to our a​dministrative team where she was the Communications Engineer for 6 years. She has since transitioned to her current role of Regional Accounting Specialist where she is responsible Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, 401K and helping clients and their families with billing questions.​

Mary joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2016 as our Regional Billing Specialist. She is responsible for the billing for our three franchise offices. Mary and her husband Ben have a wonderful daughter named Leah. She and her family have been caregivers to several of their own family members. Mary is excited to be a part of a business that truly serves others and helps them remain in their homes, providing a helping hand in their journey of life. She enjoys spending time with her family and going to church.​​


Heather Short, Home Care Consultant

Heather Short, Home Care Consultant

Heather joined the Clarksville Home Instead Senior Care team in March of 2017. Heather works with the community as the Home Care Consultant. As our Home Care Consultant, she is connecting with those in our referral provider network to increase awareness about our services in the communities that we serve. Heather also works with families to find trusted solutions to their long-term care needs. She finds happiness in knowing that she can make a difference in the lives of seniors within the communities that we serve.

Heather’s pride and joy are her three children. She has also worked as a freelance writer for various publications for over six years. Heather graduated Summa Cum Laude with her B.A. from St. Martin's University in Washington state in 2015. In her free time, she enjoys attending her children's sporting events, going on outdoor adventures, road trips, and rooting for the Chicago Cubs.


Jeanette Howard, CAREGiver Ambassador/On-Call Supervisor

Jeanette Howard, CAREGiver Ambassador/On-Call Supervisor

Jeanette joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in 2012. She transitioned into the office as our CAREGiver Ambassador in 2016. Jeanette says she loves her job and feels it’s her calling to be a
CAREGiver.

As our CAREGiver Ambassador, Jeanette is responsible for ensuring ultimate client/CAREGiver satisfaction by being an ambassador for our services during crisis situations. Other responsibilities include assisting the Staffing, Client Care and Human Resources departments. Along with being our CAREGiver Ambassador, Jeanette is our On-Call Supervisor. She is available to assist our clients, CAREGivers, and other customers, and is responsible for all business operations after hours.

Jeanette is the mother of one son and one daughter. In her spare time, she loves camping and fishing.

Patricia Sievers, Service Coordinator

Patricia Sievers, Service Coordinator

Patricia joined the Home Instead Senior Care team as our Service Coordinator in 2017. She is responsible for ensuring client and CAREGiver satisfaction, building and maintaining client/CAREGiver relationships, optimizing CAREGiver schedules and ensuring quality care of our clients.

Patricia is an Army wife, the mother of six, and devout Christian. Patricia says her spiritual gifts are hospitality and caretaking. ​


Rebecca Folckemer, CAREGiver Development Specialist

Rebecca Folckemer, CAREGiver Development Specialist

Rebecca was born and raised in Battle Creek, Michigan, where she began a career working in the family business. In 2015, Rebecca relocated to Clarksville, Tennessee. She spent time as a stay-at-home mom with her three children before joining the Home Instead Senior Care team in early 2017. Rebecca served as a CAREGiver for several months before transitioning into the office as our CAREGiver Development Specialist. She is responsible for ensuring a continuous flow of qualified CAREGivers are hired, along with leading our state of the art CAREGiver New Hire and ongoing training. Rebecca serves our CAREGivers’ advocate and hosts fun events and activities for our company. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to church, traveling and outdoor sports.​
