Originally from Houston, Brett has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, he was a management consultant with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brett volunteers for Meals on Wheels on a weekly basis and serves as a Musician and Deacon at Harris Creek Baptist Church. Brett and his wife Grace have 2 wonderful kids - Amber, who is attending Belmont University, and Darren, who is attending Caltech.
Callie joined Home Instead Senior Care in June 2019, and she is responsible for coordinating all aspects of care for our clients, including conducting Care Consultations, monitoring and updating plans of care, conducting Quality Assurance Visits and introducing CAREGivers to clients. Callie is originally from Panhandle, Texas and recently moved to the Waco area. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University and has experience with case management, as well as hospice and palliative care. She enjoys reading, spending time with her 2 sisters, traveling to new places, and cooking.
Molly joined Home Instead Senior Care in June 2018, and she is responsible for creating and maintaining client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches and the development of extraordinary relationships. Molly came to us with 30 years of experience in school finance. She is originally from Pennsylvania, moved to Texas 38 years ago, and currently resides in Riesel. Molly has 1 adult daughter, 1 adult grandson and a granddaughter. In her spare time she loves swimming, sewing, crocheting, scrapbooking, and being outside in the country with her animals and working on her farm.
Kennan joined Home Instead Senior Care in September 2019 and is reponsible for all aspects of the recruiting and screening of prospective CAREGivers, as well as the onboarding, training, and retention of our existing CAREGiving staff. He works closely with the Service Coordinator to help create the best matches between CAREGiver and client, as well as working with CAREGivers to ensure that, through training and guidance, they are experts in all that they do for their clients. Kennan has a BA from Texas A&M University and has several years experience working in leadership and recruitment roles. Born and raised in the Waco area, he enjoys spending time with friends and family nearby, and loves to explore the outdoors with his wife Maci and their dog Shadow.
Ashley joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2016 as a CAREGiver CNA and was promoted to be one of our office key players in May 2017. She came to us with over 9 years of office experience and with education in Pharmacy and Phlebotomy. She currently works for a Law office. Her primary responsibility is to provide on call support after hours and on weekends for our CAREGivers and clients. Ashley is married and a mother of 2 boys. In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family and kids.
