Brett Rhodes - Franchise Owner/Administrator

Brett Rhodes - Franchise Owner/Administrator

​Originally from Houston, Brett has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and received his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University. Before purchasing the Home Instead Senior Care franchise, he was a management consultant with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Brett volunteers for Meals on Wheels on a weekly basis and serves as a Musician and Deacon at Harris Creek Baptist Church. Brett and his wife Grace have 2 wonderful kids - Amber, who is attending Belmont University, and Darren, who is attending Midway High School.


Cheryl Johnston - Home Care Consultant

Cheryl Johnston - Home Care Consultant Cheryl is responsible for consulting with and helping key contacts at agencies/facilities in the area that coordinate patient and client care with us.  She has a BBA in Management from the University of Texas in San Antonio and has worked in sales positions for the past 25 years​.  Cheryl and her husband John have one son Davis who attends MCC in the honors program.  She has 2 dogs and likes to spend her free time with family and friends, cooking, reading, and volunteering.

Ashley Rivera - Service Coordinator

Ashley Rivera - Service Coordinator

Ashley joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2016 as a CAREGiver CNA and was promoted to Service Coordinator in May 2017.   She came to us with over 9 years of office experience and with education in Pharmacy and Phlebotomy.  Her primary responsibility is to match/assign and schedule our CAREGivers to client assignments and support our CAREGivers and clients when they need help.  Ashley also helps with the recruiting, screening, and training of our CAREGivers.  Ashley is a mother of 2 boys, 10 year old Isaac and 13 year old Jesse.  In her spare time she loves to spend time with her family and kids.
