Vin became Executive Director and owner of the Home Instead
Senior Care Grand Rapids South office in January 2018, bringing a wealth
of management and team building experience. Previously, he was the CEO of
Espresso Royale in Ann Arbor and held various senior management positions,
including worldwide president, at Borders Books. Vin is passionate about
caring for others and feels his work at Home Instead is one way to honor
his parents who chose to stay at home during their final years. He is the
proud father of five children. Outside of the office, Vin enjoys being
with family, raising his two younger boys, spending time outside and cheering
on the Michigan Wolverines.
Joyce is the Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior
Care, responsible for client recruitment and retention. Her favorite part of the job is working
together with clients and families to provide care that enables them to
stay in their home and optimize their quality of life. Joyce began her career with Home Instead in
2012 as a CAREGiver. She has also worked as a nurse in the home setting and as
a volunteer at Raybrook Manor. She is a
graduate of Calvin College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Outside work, Joyce loves to spend time with
her family and enjoys running. She is
the proud mom of three children.
Lillian had been with Home Instead Senior care since
2009. As the Community Service and Recruiting
Representative, she recruits and manages all CAREGivers. She enjoys enriching the lives of seniors in
the community and advocating for CAREGivers.
Prior to joining Home Instead, Lillian worked in skilled nursing for
over 16 years. She embraces the culture of health care in many roles within the
community and feels blessed to connect with supportive people who are actively
engaged in extolling the values of Home Instead. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading,
volunteering and Michigan road trips. She
is the blessed mother of four children.
Tori has enjoyed being a CAREGiver with Home Instead for nearly
four years. She also serves as the Lead
CAREGiver splitting her time between the office, where she helps create a more
productive work environment, and her clients.
In 2017, Tori received her bachelor's degree in pre-medical and
intercultural studies. She and her
husband enjoy working with people and traveling abroad where they hope to serve
others through pediatric medical missions.
Tori is an Applied Behavior Analysis therapist and enjoys leading Sunday
morning worship at her church. She and her husband are excited about the
arrival of their first child.
