Vin, Executive Director and Owner of the Home Instead
Senior Care Grand Rapids South office since January 2018, brings a wealth
of management and team building experience. Previously, he was the CEO of
Espresso Royale in Ann Arbor and held various senior management positions,
including Worldwide President at Borders Books & Music. Vin is passionate about
caring for others and feels his work at Home Instead is one way to honor
his parents who chose to stay at home during their final years. He is the
proud father of five children. Outside of the office, Vin enjoys being
with family, raising his two younger boys, spending time outside, and cheering
on the Michigan Wolverines.
Joyce is the Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior
Care, responsible for client recruitment and retention. Her favorite part of the job is working
together with clients and families to provide care that enables them to
stay in their home and optimize their quality of life. Joyce began her career with Home Instead in
2012 as a CAREGiver. She has also worked as a nurse in the home setting and as
a volunteer at Raybrook Manor. She is a
graduate of Calvin College with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Outside work, Joyce loves to spend time with
her family and enjoys running. She is
the proud mom of three children.
Brittany joined the Home Instead team October 2019 as the Service Coordinator. Brittany's best characteristics are her passion for people and her loving hospitality to everyone she meets! She is excited to build schedules and relationships with CAREGivers and clients alike. Brittany worked in the food service industry for over thirteen years, which built a foundation and strengthened her desire to work with people in all stages of life in a more personal and direct way. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys time with her husband, friends, family, and snuggling up with her fur babies.
